Hello ! :D Had training today . Coach came . Training was fun . Coach taught us how to strengthen our muscles to prevent injuries . But , someone throw th 4kg medicine ball and hit me -.- At my nose . I straight away fell on th ground and tears started flowing down . Damn pain . I go th side rest and my nose started to bleed ): Super pain lorh . Thanks all who cared and jiemin for getting ice for me (: Love u girls . Lunched and rest . Chatted and joked around . Coach came and i was resting by th side . She asked if i was okay and i told her my nose still pain and was giddy . Actually she wan me to help her look at th sec 1s but in th end , she took a chair for me and ask me to rest . So nice of her (: She also say if tmr still very pain thn go see doctor . Left at 2.30pm . Walked to cwp and bought stuffs . Baby came and pei me wait for bus . Bused home . Lunched and rest . Leaving for japan soon ! :D Flight at 1am . Coming bck on th 13th . Shld reach at night bah . And baby uh , must take care of urself (: Miss me ppl :D Byeeee
